Red berry notes (raspberry and strawberry), underlying spice, earthy and toast flavours. This beautiful, elegant red wine has pronounced flavours and a long finish. You would find it hard to resist a second glass! 

Varietal Sangiovese
Food Sausages, Steaks
Style Wild yeast fermentation and subsequent maceration last, on average, 5-6 weeks.
Punched down by hand between 2 to 3 times a day. Aged for up to 18 months.
