A rather complex, structured and well-crafted creamy white wine. Floral with hints of eucalyptus and kitchen herbs followed by a slight wood presence. In mouth it is fresh, with a tasty mineral and savoury note

|Style||2/3 whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel; remaining 1/3 is left in contact with the skins for up to 2 months. Then blended after 12 months and left on lees for another 6 months in tank before being bottled.|
