VALDONICA, TUSCANY ITALY
This classic, nice Italian red wine with overripe strawberry, cacao and earthy notes is soft on the tannins, rounded on the mouthfeel with a medium to long finish. Indeed lovely on the palate!

- Wild yeast fermentation and maceration up to 6 weeks. Then pressed out separately into stainless steel tanks to settle for 2 to 3 days before raking into tanks, barriques and tonneaux. Aged up to 16 months
