Chardonnay by Fattoria il Muro (Italy)
A pale straw-white Chardonnay with golden reflections and an extraordinary range of floral notes. Strong mineral aromas lead to green, floral scents with hints of elderflower and spicy notes. On the palate, fruity and crispy with well balanced acidity make this a perfect choice for lighter dishes – think seafood, white meats and salads. Since taking over the vineyards from his father, Federico Pancaro has modernised the organic techniques used to produce the delicious Il Muro wines. With rich soil and temperate climate in the hills of Tuscany, Federico and his team strive to produce brilliant grapes that reflect the unique Tuscan terroir. Federico’s enthusiasm, love for nature and respect for the environment are the secret ingredients in their recipe to maintain the highest quality wines, but modern techniques and an understanding of sustainability and also helping to drive the vineyard’s production.
Good Fucking White by Neleman (Spain)
Full, powerful and spicy with lots of ripe tropical fruits and hints of vanilla. You can never go wrong with this one. This wine is made with very ripe but shaded grapes in order to achieve a jammy, sexy mouth filling taste but keeping freshness and acidity. It is a white that surprises for its complexity and balance. Neleman wines are Spanish organic wines from D.O. Valencia with a Dutch heart. With special attention for local authentic grapes, reflecting the soil and region. Each wine has its own personality and you can taste the passion and love they’ve been made with. We allow nature to do its work. Good wine is made in the vineyard.
Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon by Villa Maria (New Zealand)
Deep purple coloured hues lead to a perfumed nose of dark fruits, cocoa, sweet vanilla and clove spices. The full bodied palate is soft and generous with ripe fruit, silky tannins and a smooth finish.
Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon blends are particularly good when paired with robust, full flavoured dishes both with red meat and without. Drink now or hold for up to 5-8 years when the wine will develop further complexity.
Just Fucking Good Wine by Neleman (Spain)
"Marselan, another grape that is little known. Highly resistant to diseases and in possession of a lot of taste, color and smell, this is the perfect grape to make one of our best and most powerful red wines! raspberry, black forest fruits, cocoa, cigars and spices. Do you dare to try it?" Derrick Neleman
The top of our range! Ready to drink now but can be stored for up to 10 years after harvest! This red wine is made from the Marselan grape, a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, and aged in new French oak. Powerful fruity tasty organic wine that goes well with spicy vegetarian but is also delicious on its own.
This wine has a special label and a special name, designed by a young designer with a nod to his thoughts about wine. Much is written about wine, hard about wine, this is how he sees it: Just Fucking Good Wine and nothing else!
