May2021 Deluxe Wine Bag
We are already in the mid of 2021 (we can't believe it!) and we'd love to introduce you our May list of always-minimal intervention wines.
As we've recently brought in a new shipment from Spain, your bag will start carrying labels from there. So here goes!
Good Fucking Good White by Neleman (Spain)
Petali Rose by Cantalici (Italy)
An intense coral pink rosé with purple hues. Soft scents of raspberry and wild strawberry are pleasantly integrated with floral hints from the Sangiovese grapes. A vibrant, fresh wine that makes very easy-drinking – pair with light cheeses or seafood, from sushi to shellfish.
Muro by Fattoria Il Muro (Italy)
Representing the best Sangiovese grapes from signature vineyard - Galioffo vecchio - this is a bright ruby red aged in traditional Tuscan chestnut wood barrels. Wild notes of ripe mulberry, permeated by well-roasted coffee and dark chocolate, infuse a well-balanced, concentrated finish. A Sangiovese built for roasted meats, with mouth-watering acidity to finish.
La Dame by Dame de L'Hospital (France)
Deep red with fine aromas of red fruit and toasted notes, this Bordeaux red with a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and round on the palate with a strong finish. Pair with grilled meat, poultry or medium cheeses.
