DELIVERY SCHEDULE, FEES AND RETURNS
Our delivery days are every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. A delivery calendar is made available during the checkout process. Please select from the range of dates shown.
Feel free to let us know if you would like your order delivered sooner. We would be happy to accommodate. We'd like for you to receive and enjoy your wines as soon as you possibly can!
ORGANIC WINE CLUB
Our delivery days are every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We will send you an SMS once the recurring order confirmation email is sent to you. Let us know which day and time suit you best or we will arrange for an alternative that works best for you.
For one-off purchases, delivery is charged at a flat fee of S$15 per trip, anywhere within Singapore. It would be added automatically during the check-out process.
In the event of a failed delivery, the next trip onwards would be charged at a flat fee of S$15 for every additional trip.
If you are on a regular wine bag plan, delivery is charged at a minimum of S$5 per trip, added during the check-out process and would be billed as part of the recurring cycle.
CONFIRMATION PRIOR TO DELIVERY
We will send you an SMS on the day of the delivery, to confirm that someone or yourself is at home to receive the order at the specified time. We would like to make sure you receive and enjoy your wines on time.
We deliver to one address per order. If you wish us to deliver to more than one address, kindly email us at email@example.com to let us know. Extra charges apply at S$15 for every extra address.
